實(shi)驗(yan)型(xing)噴(pen)霧(wu)冷(leng)凍(dong)幹(gan)燥機采用(yong)壹(yi)體化(hua)設(she)計,創(chuang)新性(xing)的將(jiang)空壓機內(nei)置(zhi)於機體內(nei),高效(xiao)的(de)減(jian)震技(ji)術(shu)的(de)運用,解決(jue)了(le)傳(chuan)統(tong)實(shi)驗(yan)室噴(pen)霧(wu)幹(gan)燥機的噪(zao)音汙(wu)染(ran)。可以直(zhi)接設置(zhi)進(jin)口溫(wen)度(du)、氣(qi)流(liu)量(liang)、自(zi)動通針(zhen)頻率(lv)、泵(beng)速,實現數據采集(ji)以及(ji)過(guo)程(cheng)監(jian)控(kong)和控(kong)制。自(zi)吸蠕(ru)動泵(beng)將樣(yang)品液(ye)體從(cong)容(rong)器(qi)中通(tong)過(guo)噴(pen)嘴(zui)進(jin)入幹(gan)燥腔,同時(shi)壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)從外層套管(guan)進(jin)入幹(gan)燥腔使(shi)液(ye)體微(wei)粒(li)化(hua),熱空氣(qi)從上層(ceng)進入與(yu)噴(pen)霧(wu)後的(de)液(ye)體微(wei)粒(li)相遇(yu),物(wu)品(pin)開(kai)始(shi)幹(gan)燥,幹(gan)燥後的(de)粉(fen)粒(li)通過(guo)旋風分離器(qi)與廢(fei)氣(qi)分離後進(jin)入(ru)收(shou)集(ji)瓶(ping)中,廢(fei)氣(qi)則通過(guo)直徑軟管(guan)直(zhi)接排到(dao)大(da)氣(qi)或空氣(qi)過(guo)濾裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。

1)操(cao)作方便:控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)采用(yong)PLC自(zi)動控(kong)制,壹(yi)鍵(jian)式開(kai)機,彩(cai)色(se)觸(chu)摸(mo)屏操(cao)作,實(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中實(shi)驗(yan)參數如進料(liao)量(liang),進(jin)風(feng)溫(wen)度(du),風(feng)量(liang),通(tong)針(zhen)頻率(lv)等可以根據實驗(yan)需(xu)要即(ji)時(shi)更改(gai),方便用(yong)戶使(shi)用(yong);
